Emil Kraepelin

Emil Kraepelin (February 15, 1856 Neustrelitz October 7, 1926 Munich) was a German psychiatrist. The Encyclopedia of Psychology by H. J. Eysenck identifies him as the founder of contemporary scientific psychiatry, as well as of psychopharmacology and psychiatric genetics.
